Returns Policy

We are sure you will be over the moon with all your Brushstroke Burners products however we understand that there are occasions when you may wish to return your items, such as if your parcel arrives damaged or faulty. If you have any issues with products you receive we are more than happy to try and resolve your issue.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product by email at brushstrokeburners@outlook.com.

 

Delivery

All products are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If your order exceeds the recommended flat rate weight a further charge may be applicable. We will contact you if this matter arises. It is quite a common occurrence when ordering candles.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £50.

All our products are made in small batches by a one-man-band to ensure they remain to the highest standard. As a result of this there may be a delay on orders, potentially 7-10 days.
